Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused/unworn, with all tags, in the original packaging, and include a receipt or order number.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email: storesupport@nurturenauts.com with your order #, item(s), and reason.

  2. We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse address.

    • We work with multiple fulfillment partners—please do not ship returns to any address other than the one we provide.

  3. Once approved, we'll send instructions and (when applicable) a prepaid label.

Unapproved returns (items sent back without an RMA) may be refused.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Our error/defective/damaged item: We cover return or replacement shipping.

  • Change of mind / wrong size or color: Customer pays return postage.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged/incorrect items and include photos so we can make it right quickly.

Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene/safety)

For health and safety, the following cannot be returned once opened/used:

  • Ear & Nasal Care: nasal aspirators, replacement tips, tweezers

  • First Aid: bandages, kits with broken seals

  • Teething & Oral Care items

  • Socks/underwear that are worn or removed from original packaging

  • Final Sale/Clearance items (marked on product page)

  • Gift cards

We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (not typical for our store).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want: place a new order for the item you prefer and start a return for the original. If you'd like a direct exchange, email us and we'll confirm availability.

Refunds

  • We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected.

  • If approved, we'll refund to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

  • Your bank/issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

  • If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, email us at storesupport@nurturenauts.com.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Packaging & Condition

  • Pack returns securely (include your order # inside).

  • Items must arrive in resellable condition; please try apparel/helmets over a clean layer and keep packaging intact.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet these conditions.
