Made for Little Explorers
NurtureNauts began with a simple parent moment: watching our daughter move from crawling to standing, from standing to walking, and from walking to the everyday tumbles, curiosity, and determination that come with learning how to explore the world.
Those early milestones showed us something important: childhood exploration is bigger than any single product. It is movement, learning, creativity, comfort, repetition, play, and discovery. That idea became the heart of NurtureNauts.
It started with movement
Our first focus was clothing for the crawling, scooting, cruising, and early walking stages. We wanted something that felt soft enough for everyday wear and practical enough for real life on the floor.
That led to NurtureNauts® Scoot Apparel: padded playwear designed with built-in knee and elbow cushioning for everyday supervised movement and play. The collection includes our Scootadillo one-piece rompers and Explorer's Choice two-piece padded sets.
Why we pad the knees and elbows
Crawling and cruising happen over and over, all day, on hard floors, sidewalks, and playground mats. So we designed Scoot Apparel with soft support built in exactly where little ones lean on it most:
- A soft ribbed rayon blend sits closest to your little one, designed to feel gentle through everyday wear.
- A thin foam core adds gentle cushioning at the knees and elbows without making the romper feel bulky or slowing them down.
- A breathable comfort layer keeps the romper wearable through a full day of crawling, cruising, and play.
It's not about eliminating every bump along the way — it's about adding a little more comfort and confidence to the floor time, tumbles, and repetition that come with learning to move. Play hard, fall safe: that's the idea behind every stitch.
