Anecdotes & Challenges
One of our biggest challenges was production designâbalancing protection with comfort. Parents wanted padding for knees and elbows, but children needed softness and breathability. After rounds of testing with our manufacturer, we perfected a cotton blend with PP fabric inside, ensuring durability without bulkiness. Another memorable moment was refining the rocket logo into a pocket design that doubles as a binkie holderâa functional twist that parents loved.
