NurtureNauts Monthly Romper Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor and Promotion Period
The NurtureNauts Monthly Romper Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by NurtureNauts, operator of nurturenauts.com (“Sponsor”). The September 2026 Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited. Sponsor’s employees and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary. During the Entry Period, an eligible participant may receive one entry on each of the following platforms, for a maximum of three entries total:
• Facebook: Follow NurtureNauts, react to the official giveaway post, and comment with an answer to the prompt.
• Instagram: Follow @nurturenauts, like the official giveaway post, and comment with an answer to the prompt.
• X: Follow the official NurtureNauts account, like the official giveaway post, and reply with an answer to the prompt using #NurtureNautsGiveaway.

Alternate method of entry: To enter without social media, use the Contact page at nurturenauts.com/pages/contact during the Entry Period. Use the subject “Monthly Romper Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, email address, state of residence, and the words “September 2026 entry.” One alternate-method entry is permitted and has the same chance of winning as a social-media entry.

Do not submit duplicate comments, repeat posts, shares, Reposts, or entries through multiple or alternate accounts. Only one entry per person per platform is allowed. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise not in compliance with these rules may be disqualified.

4. Prize
One winner will receive one NurtureNauts padded romper of the winner’s choice, subject to available styles, colors, and sizes at the time of prize claim. Approximate retail value: up to $24.99 USD. Standard U.S. shipping is included. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about October 1, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner and one alternate from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will verify the potential winner’s eligibility and required entry actions before confirmation.

Sponsor will notify the potential winner only through an official NurtureNauts social-media account or, for an alternate-method entry, the supplied email address. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days with their available romper choice, size, and U.S. shipping address. If the potential winner does not respond or is ineligible, Sponsor may select the alternate winner.

6. Winner Announcement and Optional Content
After accepting the prize, the winner’s public social-media handle may be announced on NurtureNauts’ official Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts. The winner may choose to share a photo or video after receiving the prize, but doing so is optional and is not required to receive the prize. Any winner-created post about a gifted romper should clearly disclose that it was gifted, for example with #gifted.

7. Privacy and Release
Information collected for the Promotion will be used only to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, and fulfill the prize, subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at nurturenauts.com/pages/privacy-policy.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or X. By entering, each participant releases Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and X from any responsibility related to the Promotion.

8. Fraud Notice
NurtureNauts will contact winners only from official NurtureNauts accounts or the email response address used for an alternate-method entry. We will never ask a winner for payment, a credit-card number, banking details, or a password to claim a prize.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
